Walnuts and cashews: Both walnuts and cashews contain vitamin E, which helps keep wrinkles at bay by supporting collagen production in the body (collagen makes up most of our connective tissue). Honey: Honey is great for soothing irritated skin since it contains anti-inflammatory properties that calm down redness caused by acne breakouts or sunburns.

- Avoid smoking because it decreases blood flow throughout the body including through capillaries supplying oxygenated blood directly into cells within dermal layers making them appear duller looking due to lessened ability to deliver nutrients needed for normal cell function.
- Avoid excessive alcohol consumption because it dehydrates cells causing dehydration lines around mouth corners etc., especially noticeable around the eyes (crow’s feet) when smiling too much without proper moisturizer application beforehand.
